Draper, Inc. is searching for qualified candidates to fill the position of Residential Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast US Territory which includes the states of Connecticut, Delaware, D.C., Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. This excellent opportunity requires the ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with Residential Shade Dealers, Residential Integrators, and occasional end user interaction. This position will also require management of Independent Manufacturer's Representatives that will work on behalf of Draper to grow the grand and dealer awareness in defined regions.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the AV/Shade industry, excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability to work with a team environment to reach a common goal, the ability to build and develop relationships, proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, be comfortable speaking in a group setting, a basic understanding of wiring, voltage, and electrical, and have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Experience with CRM programs is a plus. Candidates also need to be located centrally in the territory and/or live near an airport.
